2018 Annual Report
Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) is an American multinational semiconductor company based in Santa Clara, California, that develops computer processors and related technologies for business and consumer markets.
The Brief:
Develop a summarized annual report with a narrative section to showcase a "year-in-review" of the company's performance in the market and share its most important highlights and yearly accomplishments.
After the launch of their Ryzen line of desktop processors, AMD has seen an increased sales volume that has skyrocketed their market share over the last two years.
The narrative explored in the annual report examines how significant that lead is by comparing it to the competition (Intel) by showing specific metrics and numbers in a graphically condensed and understandable way with numbers taken from the complete 200+ page yearly report handed over to investors by AMD in 2018.
